The rate for our space rental is $75/hr, plus a $25 cleaning fee for gatherings of up to 15 people and $50 cleaning fee for groups of 15 or more people, with the invoice to be paid in full prior to booking. We do not offer refunds for cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled events, however we offer you a credit to be used up to 6 months from the paid invoice date. If you have budget restrictions and want to discuss options, let us know in your narrative. We can extend discounted rates if you have recurring events, or booking a full day!

HOPE TANK MEMBERSHIP
The Creator Membership is an affordable solution for photographers, videographers, and content creators who need private, unique and versatile space to create. The membership is $225 a month with a 6 month agreement, and gives you 4 hours of creation time all to yourself in the Hope Tank space (normally $400).
You will book time through our internal calendar, have your own code to access the space, and be considered for becoming a Hope Tank preferred vendor.
